1.Where do we ship from?

We currently have two shipping locations, one near Los Angeles, California and the other in London, UK. Having various locations across the world helps you to receive shipment even faster.

2.Which country can you ship to?

Right now, we ship within the contiguous United States and domestically in the United Kingdom, (excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations) 

3.When will you release new designs?

We are always looking for customer feedback that inspires us to generate new, fashion-forward designs that are released monthly. Limited-edition masks are also released for holidays and celebrations, to help us make a safer statement during these special times. 

4.Can you do customized designs?

At the moment, we do not offer customized masks. However, we are always looking for inspiration from our valued customers. If you think you have an idea that might be popular, feel free to send a message to our Customer Care team and we’ll take it into consideration!

5.What is the thread count of the masks? Did they go through any sort of tests?

While we do not have information on the exact thread count, what we can tell you is that our masks passed the candle test! In case you aren’t familiar, this means that in order to be a protective barrier, you should not be able to blow out candles while sporting a mask. Hopefully this will provide some clarification into our ability to block harmful droplets from being transmitted from others.

6.What carrier do you ship with?

We use USPS in America and myHermes in the UK as trusted shipping carriers.

7.How long does it take to receive the package?

USPS Priority Mail will be at your door in four days, guaranteed. USPS First Class mail takes about seven days, depending on your area. And Hermes normally takes 3-5 days to deliver.

Please note that potentially shipping delays are expected due to COVID-19. In some remote regions, shipping may take more time.

8.What is the material used on the filters?

Filters are made up of meltblown cloth and activated carbon cloth.

9.Are filters washable?

This one is up to your discretion - as we are not medical experts. However, we hope this article can help!

10.Do you offer bulk orders?

Absolutely! We offer 60% OFF and free shipping when purchasing over 50 masks.
